Lustenberger, who last lived on Autran Av6e., was forced to retire from the North Andover Police Department in June, 1984, after serving since 1960. Lustenberger claimed that his heart con- dition was caused by the stress of his job and applied to the Essex County Retire- ment Board for. accidental disability benefits. Long.: The Board of Appeals held a public hearing on August 12 , 1986 upon • ; w :; the application of Robert '& Linda Marconi and Mary A. Levis request , ing a variance from the requirements of Section . 7 , Paragraph 3 of the Zoning ByLaws so as to permit relief of side setback in order .for construction of addition to present dwelling.
