Conservation Conditions of Approval, NACC #105
Pursuant to section 4.4.2 0) of the North Andover Wetlands Protection Regulations, Bill Perkins,
P.E., filed for a small project on behalf of Barbara Sadrnoori of 1420 Great Pond Road for work
proposed at 705 Boxford Street, North Andover. The proposed work includes stabilizing, re-
pointing, and raising a manhole and cover to maintain flow in existing pipe below. The proposed
work is more than 50 -feet from Bordering Vegetated Wetland associated with an intermittent stream
as shown on the herein referenced aerial photos/plans.
During the February 13, 2013 public meeting, the North Andover Conservation Commission
(NACC) voted unanimously to approve this project. The following conditions are hereby mandated:

CONDITIONS:
1. Excess debris and material shallbe properly disposed of offsite.
2. The applicant shall notify the Conservation Department prior to the start of work and will
supply the department with a brief construction schedule.

3. Following construction the contractor will permanently stabilize the site with loam and seed or
by other means approved by the Conservation Department.
4. Upon completion of the work and final stabilization, the applicant will notify the Conservation
Department to conduct a final site inspection.
5. This Permit shall expire nine months from the date of issue
