The proposed work includes stabilizing, re- pointing, and raising a manhole and cover to maintain flow in existing pipe below. The proposed work is more than 50 -feet from Bordering Vegetated Wetland associated with an intermittent stream as shown on the herein referenced aerial photos/plans. During the February 13, 2013 public meeting, the North Andover Conservation Commission (NACC) voted unanimously to approve this project. Following construction the contractor will permanently stabilize the site with loam and seed or by other means approved by the Conservation Department. 4. Upon completion of the work and final stabilization, the applicant will notify the Conservation Department to conduct a final site inspection. 5.
