It will not have a significant impact both within the site and in relation to adjacent properties and street; on pedestrian and vehicular traffic; public services and infrastructure; environmental, unique and historic resources; abutting properties; and community needs. I have taken the store to be a wholesale bakery, called MONK'S. I basically make a small variety of items; Pound cakes and Scones, which I will be selling to local and Boston Deli's and some local Super Markets. The Hours of Operation depends on my orders daily. Before I took over the store it was a dog grooming shop. My store will not be open to the public, therefore having no effect on any surroundings as stated above. Being in the back of the Main Street shops, I am secluded and distant from the view or operation of Main Street. My deliveries to and from are made by myself or my wife in my van.
