DECISION
N. Andover, MA 01845
*
The Board of Appeals held
a public hearing on Tuesday evening, April 10, 1990
and continued to May 1, 1990
upon the application of Jennie A. Alakel request-
ing a variation from the requirements
of Section 7, Paragraph 7.2 and Table 2
of the Zoning Bylaw so as
to permit construction of a single family dwelling
on a 8,404.s.f. lot on the
premises located at 74 Adams Avenue. The following
members were present and voting:
Frank Serio, Jr., Chairman, Augustine Nickerson,
Clerk, Walter Soule, Raymond
Vivenzio and Louis Rissin.
The hearing was advertised
in the North Andover Citizen on March 22, 1990 and
March 29, 1990 and all abutters
were notified by regular mail.
Upon a motion made by Mr. Vivenzio and seconded by Mr. Soule, the Board voted,
unanimously, to GRANT the variance as requested, subject to the following
conditions:
1. Only a single-family dwelling allowed on Lot 1.
2. Proposed dwelling shown on plans be removed.
3• Sole structure to be built on Lot 1 not to exceed 44' wide by 28' deep.
The Board finds that the petitioner has satisfied the provisions of Section 10,
Paragraph 10.4 of the Zoning Bylaw and that by strictly adhering to the conditions
set forth by the Board, the granting of this variance will not derogate from the
intent and purpose of the Zoning Bylaw nor will it adversely affect the
neighborhood.
Dated this 3rd day of May, 1990.
