The follow- ing members were present and voitng: Frank Serio, Jr., Chairman, Alfred Frizelle, Esq., Vice-chairman, William Sullivan and Walter Soule. The hearing was advertised in the Lawrence Eagle Tribune on March 24 and March 31, 1986 and all abutters were notified by regular mail. The Board feels that granting this special permit to enclose an existing building for use as office space will not deter from the existing build- ing or neighborhood.
