Hello, Atty. Manzi; the Board and Gerald Brown discussed the decision for Walgreen's sign. While some
members would like to have a formal reconsideration, the consensus is to issue the decision. They
recognize that you need to ask for a modification to the decision in order to change the angle of the sign on
the comer. At the same time, a modification could shorten the base grade to the bottom of the sign from 7'
to 5'. Both items can be submitted on a revision of the 3/10/06 Site Plan for Sign Location. Please let me
know if you have any questions.[copy of e-mail sent to Atty. Manzi earlier]
