The North Andover Housing Authority is awaiting approval for the installation of new roofs and gutters from the Department of Housing and Community Development. Installing gutters will help redirect some of the water. The Authority will address landscaping upon completion of the roof and gutter project. 5. Trash cans for the building occupants are cracked and trashcans are stored under some occupant's windows. One trashean has been supplied for each unit. All damaged trashcans have been replaced.
