DATE: 5/26/98 ADDRESS: 185 Hickory Hill Rd., PETITION: 013-98 North Andover, MA 01845 HEARING: 5119/98 The Board of Appeals held a regular meeting on Tuesday evening, May 19, 1988 upon the application of Tara Leigh Development Corp. requesting a Special Permit for premises located at 80 Settlers Ridge Rd., from the requirements of Section 4, Paragraph 4.121 (17), of the R-2 Zoning District, to allow the construction of a family suite. The following members were present: William J. Sullivan, Walter F. Soule, Ellen McIntyre, George Earley. The hearing was advertised in the Lawrence Tribune on 4/28/98 & 5/5/98 and all abutters were notified by regular mail. Upon a motion made by Walter F. Soule and seconded by Ellen McIntyre, the Board of Appeals unanimously voted to GRANT a Special Permit pursuant to use requirements of Section 4, paragraph 4.121 (17) to allow construction of a family suite, and that the dwelling unit is not occupied by anyone except brothers, sisters, maternal and paternal parents and grandparents, or children of the residing owners of the dwelling unit; and that the premises are inspected annually by the Building Inspector for conformance to the Bylaw. Voting in favor: William J. Sullivan, Walter F. Soule, Ellen McIntyre, George Earley. The petitioner has satisfied the provision of Section 10, paragraph 10.4 of the Zoning Bylaw and that the granting of these variances will not adversely affect the neighborhood or derogate from the intent and purpose of the Zoning Bylaw.
