give a Hearing at the Town Building, Nortfi An over,
on Tuesday evening, the 11th day O A-Pril 19 9; at
7:30 o'clock to all parties interestesJ in the appeal of
Clifford P. Poole, Jr. requesting a variation of Sec.
7, Para. 7.3 & Table 2 of the Zoning By Law so as to
permit relief of setback requirements in order to put
addition on to the house on the premises, located at
81 Wesley St.

Due to an ongoing back injury, I am unable to make
this meeting on the behalf of the Poole's. The proposed changes
of their dwelling located on the corner of Wesley St. and Innis
St. along with their meticulous upkeep of the land will only
enhance the neighborhood. There fore myself and my wife are for
the variances and remodeling of their home.

The Board of Appeals held a public hearing on April 11, 1989 upon the application
of Clifford P. Poole requesting a variance from the requirements of Section 7,
Paragraph 7.3 and Table 2 of the Zoning Bylaws so as to permit relief of setback
requirements in order to put an addition on the house located at 81 Wesley Street.
The following members were present and voting: Alfred Frizelle, Acting Chairman,
Augustine Nickerson, Clerk, William Sullivan, Walter Soule and Anna O'Connor.
The hearing was advertised in the North Andover Citizen on March 9 and March 16,
1989 and all abutters were notified by regular mail.
The petitioner desires to construct an addition to his dwelling to increase the
amount of living space and also to make a variety of necessary repairs at the
same time. He needs a variance because the house is built on an angle and the
back lot line is not straight.
Upon a motion made by Mr. Soule and seconded by Mr. Sullivan, the Board voted,
unanimously, to GRANT the variance as requested.
The Board finds that granting the variance will not adversely affect the neigh-
borhood nor derogate from the intent and purpose of the Zoning Bylaw.
Dated this 19th day of April, 1989.
