The following voting members were present: Ellen P. McIntyre, Richard J. Byers, and D. Paul Koch Jr. The following Associate members were present Michael Liporto and Tyler Speck. Byers made a motion to Grant the Variance from Section 4.122.14.B.a of the Zoning By-laws Conversion exceeds over 50% of the original building's gross floor area. Increase is 1,436 square feet increase 65%. Koch second the motion to Grant the Variance. All in favor to Grant the Variance: Ellen McIntyre, and Richard Byers, D.
