NOR.W C,1400`ER Nuc 14 1141 M Mas The Board of Appeals held a public hearing on August 8, 1989 upon the application of Bessie Daher requesting a variance and Special Permit from the requirements of Section 4.121(17) and 2.37.1 of the Zoning Bylaws so as to permit construction of a family suite and variance of the percent floor area ratio so as to allow a larger family suite on the premises located at 841 Chickering Road. The following members were present and voting: Frank Serio, Jr., Chairman, Augustine Nickerson, Clerk, William Sullivan, Raymond Vivenzio and Anna O'Connor The hearing was advertised in the Lawrence Eagle Tribune on July 24, 1989 and July 31, 1989 and all abutters were notified by regular mail. Upon a motion made by Mr. Vivenzio and seconded by Ms. O'Connor, the Board voted, unanimously, to ALLOW THE PETITIONER TO WITHDRAW WITHOUT PREJUDICE. The Board finds that the plans presented to and approved by the Building Inspector are correct and meet the conditions under the decision of June 13, 1989. Dated this 14th day of August, 1989.
