The Divioion of Environvscntal Health, in response to the request
contained in your memorandum dated July 15, 1971 has had one of its
engineers consider the csubject site:.
Consideration of the subject site and a revie of the proposed
filling and drainage alterations revealed that the subject project
will not adversely affect public water supply.
'No construction of any hind should be allowed unless the require-
ments of .Article XI of the State Sanitary Code can be strictly complied
With.
All precautions must be taken to prevent siltation of Boston Brook,
viic'h is tributary to the Ipswich. Rivor. The Ipswich River in tenter supply
for several cities.
