On 7/19/89 we received a complaint of broken windows and the
dumping of old equipment/trash at 43 Lincoln St. On 7/19/89 a
site inspection was done and such conditions where found.
This must be taken care of immediately and you must contact us as
fI to what you have done to correct the problem with in the next 10
days. If you feel that you should be allowed to keep your

you have 7 days to request a hearing before the Board of Health
