Mrs. Starr replied, "yes". Mrs. Starr stated that if Mr. Meikle sells, he will have to bring the system up to code. Mr. Meikle signed a notice of agreement. Mr. Meilke wants to finish two bedrooms on the second floor of his home, using the existing septic system.
