This letter shall serve as notification that the Board of Appeals
has authorized by a unanimous vote to release $1,000. of the accrued
interest on Bank Passbook #6823289 which was assigned to the Town of North
Andover on November 7, 1974. This Board action was taken at a regular
meeting held on October 11, 1977.

This permit shall allow the removal of up to 59000 yards
of soil from the area shown on the plan submitted by Mr. Watson to
the Board of Appeals and located at 876 Forest Street.
The earth removal operation described above is subject
to the following conditions:
1. Section 5.7 (Operation Standards) and Section 5.8 (Restoration
Standards) of the Zoning By—Law shall be complied with.
2. $1,000 security for performance to the North Andover Zoning
By—Law shall be posted with the town of North Andover in a
manner approved by the North Andover Zoning Board of Appeals.

Bear Sir:
Pursuant to the provisions of Section 5.6 of the Zoning By—Law
of the Town of North Andover, a request is herewith made for a permit
to remove 5,000 cubic yards of material from a site as designated on
a plan filed with the Zoning Board of Appeals. Said removal shall be
limited to the areas as designated on said plan and the removal will
be accomplished in accord with the stipulations of the Board of Appeals.
Said stipulations having been made at a special meeting of the North
Andover Zoning Board of Appeals on Tuesday evening, November 2, 1976.

Miscellaneous Soil Removal Permit issued to ROBERT WATSON
This permit shall allow the removal of approximately
900 yards of soil from an area of approximately two acres
located at 876 Forest Street.
It is agreed by the applicant, Mr. Robert Watson,
that the area comprising the earth removal site, shall, upon
completion, be graded, loamed and seeded in a manner approved
by the Building Inspector.
All earth removal operations shall meet the operating
standards of Paragraph 5.7 of the Zoning By—Law.
This permit shall expire December 31, 1976.
