At the request of Merrimack Engineering, I have reviewed the wetland delineation to verify the wetland resource area boundaries. Hydric soils were present 13 feet upgradient to wetland flag WF -4 and 5 feet upgradient to wetland flag WF -3. These wetland boundary changes will not trigger further Conservation approval because the proposed work remains outside of the 100 foot buffer zone. However, the Conservation Department must be notified if any proposed changes occur within the 100 -foot wetland buffer zone.
