'93 DECISION Petition #027-93 The Board of Appeals held a regular meeting on Tuesday, June 8, 1993 continued to Tuesday, July 13, 1993 upon the application of John and Nancy Bartlett requesting a variation of Section 7, Paragraph 7.3 and Table 2 of the Zoning Bylaw so as to permit relief of five (5) feet for the side yard setback in order to construction an addition to an existing garage on the premises located at 92 Putnam Road. The following members were present and voting: William Sullivan, Jr., Vice-chairman, Walter Soule, Clerk, Louis Rissin, John Pallone and Robert Ford. The hearing was advertised in the North Andover Citizen on May 19 and 26, 1993 and all abutters were notified by regular mail. Upon a motion by Mr. Vivenzio and seconded by Mr. Rissin the Board voted unanimously to allow the petitioner to WITHDRAW WITHOUT PREJUDICE. The petitioner plans to re -file at a later date.
