Koch second the motion to grant the Special Permit. Voting in favor: Ellen P. McIntyre, Richard J. Byers, D. Paul Koch Jr., Michael Liporto and Tyler Speck 5-0 The Board finds that this use, as developed by the building and site plans, will not adversely affect the neighborhood. There will be no nuisance or serious hazard to vehicles or pedestrians since there is provision for the required off-street parking. Adequate and appropriate facilities are provided to the existing residential dwelling and will be provided for the proper operation of a Family Suite. The Board finds that the Family Suite will not be substantially more detrimental than the existing single-family dwelling to the neighborhood and that this use, to allow a Family Suite to the single family dwelling, is in harmony with the general purpose and intent of this Bylaw.
