Goal: Continue further coordination of development plans ir,

Objective: Finalize "sign --off" sheet for occup�incy permits
(Building Permit "sign off" is in place at present).
Develop streamlined review process by implementing
applicant information/guide packet designed to w;alk
applicant through permit process.
Goal: Re --evaluate fee structures to become more
self-sustaining.
Objective: Review Health and Building Office fee structure (i.e.
plumbing, electrical, gas, food services related
inspection=_ fees.
Permit fees to be assumed by cashier in Treasurer's
Office.
Expand the scope of the Technical Review t;ommittC_r
(which is made up of Town staff) to include :311 OWI -1
