Aufferman. The hearing was advertised in the North Andover Citizen on December 19 and on December 24, 1985 and all abutters were notified by recr.,'ar mail. The following members were present and voting Ms. ,Anna O' ;r, alternate;: Frank Serio, Jr., Chairman, Alfred Frizelle, , Vice- chairman, Augustine Nickerson, Clerk, The petitioners seek a variance from the provisions of Section 7, Paragraph 7.1, 7.2, 7.3"and Table 2 of the Zoning By Law so as to permit relief from the 41 required area, frontage and set back require- ments of the by law and to create a buildable lot.
