Please be advised that a building permit is required for any structure constructed within the Town of North Andover. Storage sheds sixty four (64) square feet in area or smaller require a five (5) foot setback from property lines, sheds larger than this are required to meet the setback for the district in which it is located which in your area is thirty (30) feet from front and rear property lines and fifteen (15) feet from the side lot line. Please contact me so that we may begin the process to rectify this situation. I may be reached between the hours of 8:30 — 10:00 AM and 1:00 — 2:00 PM at (978) 688-9545.
