5. Thoroughly clean the area at completion, including the space under new access flooring.
6. File and pay for the building permit.
7. Provide drawings for submittal to building department.
Demolition
1. Remove existing carpet under new access flooring.
Drywall
1. Provide new full height wall as shown on drawing SKA-1 dated 2/3/94. Deck height is
about 11 feet.

4. Clean up and remove from site all debris created by drywall operations.
Painting
1. Paint all new gypsum to match existing colors. Use only Benjamin Moore first quality
paint.
2. Paint new double door and frame.
MINIMAL. fixtures
Touch up relocated and removed and replaced conduit and sprinkler lines. All light
fixtures will be dropped and reinstalled at their existing locations. Some conduits will be
reworked to accommodate the new drywall ceiling.

Door and frame
1. Provide a door and frame to match existing in size and quality. Lockset will be provided
with a cylinder to match the existing system. Frame is HM and door is wood. The door
is and egress door.
Access Flooring
1. Provide new access flooring to match existing as shown on drawing SKA-1 dated 2/3/94.
Panels are marked "Tate", "89" and "CRS". Finish is plastic laminate.
2. Provide new rail and fascia as shown on SKA-1
3. Remove existing fascia where new work meets old work.
4. If system is grounded, provide continuity with new work.
5. Provide a unit price for cable cutouts.
6. Undercarriage shall match existing in all respects, including fastening of the supports to
the slab.
Sprinkler
1. Review conditions at new wall to determine if any heads must be reworked.
2. Review ceiling conditions to see if any lines must be removed and replaced to facilitate
installation of drywall ceiling.
HVAC
1. No modifications required.
Electrical
_ 1. Remove and replace all lights as required for installation of drywall ceiling.
—2. Remove and replacetrelocate all conduits as required for installation of drywall ceiling.
3. Relocate existing lighting as required for the new drywall partition.
4. Provide exit sign at egress doors at new wall.
