The following members were present and voting: Frank Serio, Jr., Chairman; Alfred T.

The hearing was advertised in the Eagle Tribune on April 2.6 & T"ay �, 1--8c) and all
abutters were dull notified by reo lar mail.
The petitioner presented evidence shot%ing that it would be a fin(r_ci l ' wrds'r_ip to
the petitioner if rpTaired to maintain the lot due to the E'iZe ?1G: lOG"tiOn Of tree
lot.
The petitioner seeks a variance to allow construction on 'Ghe B-1 zone lot of a mired
use structure, namely a residence and office use and stated that re could achieve the
necessary parking requirements on the lot in question.
Upon motion made by Trepa_nier and seconded by Frizelle, it was voted to GIP_uIT the
following variances to allow a subdivision cubject to tiie re friction that the B-1
zone lot, "B", shall not be used for business use as set forth in Sec. 4.124. of the
