Conditions on Canterbury Village Subdivision as follows:
a) Highway barrier be shown between the present terminus of the easterly end of
Cotuit St. and the proposed subdivision roadway.
b) Re naming of roads be shown on thei definitive plan.
c) main drainage trunk•which runs behind Burke's house to the outfall Vhall be 30 in.
pipe.
d) All catch basins and manholes of 36 in. pipe shall be of the "poured in place"
type.
e) At elevation 165, the dog leg in the drainage pipe shall be removed.
f) All off—street drainage and utilities easements shall be deeded to the Town of
North Andover.
g) Water and sewer construction shall be in accordance with the Board of Public Works.
h) Fire alarms shall be installed in accordance -with the Board of Fire Engineers.
i) All construction improvements shall bebuilt in accordance with the "Rules and
Regulations Governing the Town of North Andover" dated 1973 which were in effect
on the submission of"Canterbury Viliage preliminary plans.
j) Filing of a Notice. of Intent with the Conservation Commission inasmuch as the locus
falls within the jurisdiction of the Wetlands Protection Act.
