I. No work shall be done in the subdivision until security in the form of a bond or
covenant has been duly recorded and the plans are, signed and recorded;
2. that all street trees shall be in accordance with the requirements of the Tree Warden
3. that adequate public liability and property damage insurance as well as a street
opening bond be provided in an amount set by the Highway Surveyor and Board of Public
Works;
4. that all construction improvements shall be built in accordance with the "Rules &
Regulations Governing the Subdivision of Land, Town of North Andover, Ma, 1973`;
5. that all construction improvements pertaining to this subdivision be completed in
full by June 1, 1980;
6. surface drainage or run—off on any lot shall not be directed to neighboring properties
to cause adverse conditions;
7. 15 ft. easement asNon previous recorded plans be deeded to the Town;
8. 8 in. water main per letter of 11-30-77 from Desun Corp. as agreed to by Board of
Public Works;
9. Fire hydrants per specifications of the Fire Chief; one additional fire hydrant;
10. 40 ft. buffer restricted to "no work" on west portions of Lots 4 & 5;
11. 2 ft. contour plans of the 40 ft. buffer zone to be submitted to the Planning Board;
12. any modifications by the Conservation Commission to the subdivision plans shall be
submitted to the Planning Board;
13. percolation tests to be made at site of leaching fields prior to the start of any
road construction;
14. no lot shall be built upon until a subsurface sewage disposal; system permit is
granted by the Board of Health;
