(VHB) has received a written response letter dated July 101', 2001 and a revised plan set dated August 22, 2001 from Terra Properties, LLC to our Engineering Review, for the above referenced project. We offer the following comments: Plan Review • While VHB does not review architectural plans, we note that architectural plans were not included in this submission to VHB. We assume that architectural plans were submitted to the Zoning Board of tmpeals and that the ZBA will review them. Drainage • The Applicant has committed to providing information as detail in our original report (see comment 1 trough 4 under drainage review) at the time of building permit is requested. VHB assumes that all the information requested will be submitted for review at that time. Standard Engineering Practice • As requested, the Applicant as identified the snow storage area on the plan. There does not seem to be any snow storage provided for building #1, #2 and #3. VHB recommends that the Applicant consider additional snow storage locations for building #1, #2 and #3.
