Subject: 46 Elm st
On Wednesday, March 17th , I accompanied the Board of Health on an inspection at 46 Elm st . After discussing
the problem with the occupant , it was decide that we'would momitor his progress in cleaning up the premises
within a reasonable time frame . From a fire Safety standpoint, it is my recommendation that , in a fire situation ,
we do not commit any manpower to an interior fire attack operation , unless of course we believe that there is
someone inside the structure .

Name: Nat Stevens 46 Elm Street
Comments: First Visit to Nat's house
Date: February 9, 2005
On February 9, 2005 10:30am I went to do the first of 3 visits ordered by the
court in December 2004. Nat's house was very orderly. I was quite pleased at
how clean the house was. I took several pictures. He seems to be getting some
support from a friend. He seems to be in good health. The holidays where
difficult however he appears to be going forward with everyday life.
