Notice is hereby given that the Board of Appeals will give a
hearing at the Town Building, North Andover, on Tuesday evening,
the 14th day of June, 1983 at 7:30 p.m. to all parties interested
in the appeal of JOIJN F. GROMKO requesting a Special Permit under
Section 4, Paragraph 4.121 (16) of the Zoning By Law so as to
permit a family suite on the 2romisos located at 41 Fox 11611 Road.

The Board of Appeals -held a public hearing on Tuesday evening,
June 14, 1983 upon the application of John.F. Gromko. The
hearing was advertised in the North Andover Citizen on May 26'
and June 2, 1983 and all abutters were notified by regular
_mail. _The following members were present and voting: Frank
Serio, Jr., Chairman; Alfred E. Frizelle, Esq.,. Vice Chairman;
William J. Sullivan; Augustine W. Nickerson; a d Maurice S.
Foulds.
The petitioner seeks a Special Permit under Se tion 4, Para-
graph 4_.121 (16) of the Zoning By Law to allow. family suite
on.premises located at 41 Fox Hill Road.
The petitioner testified that he proposes to construct a family
suite or "in-law apartment" behind the existing garage with a
common deck to his existing dwelling for his mother and father
in law. The proposed family suite would have its own entrance.
Several neighbors spoke in opposition.
Following a discussion.with the Board and the neighbors, the
petitioner asked to withdraw the petition.
A motion was made,by Mr. Frizelle and seconded by Mr. Nickerson
to allow the petitioner to withdraw the -petition. The motion
passed unanimously.

Every application for action by the Board shall be made on a form
approved by the Board.- -Thes_e:_Jorms shall be furnished by the clerk `
upon request. Any communication purporting to be an application
shall be treated as mere notice of intention to seek relief until
such time as it is made on the official application form. All in-
formation called for by the form shall be furnished by the applicant
in the manner therein prescribed.

Interest" which list shall include the petitioner, abutters, owners
of land directly opposite on any public or private street or way,
and abutters to the abutters within three hundred feet ,of the property
