HomeMy WebLinkAboutMiscellaneous - Exception (439)AGREEMENT This Agreement is made this 22nd day of June, 2005 by and between Kathleen Reardon of `45- �, North Andover, Massachusetts and William P. Johnson of 36 High Vale Lane, Andover, Massachusetts. It is agreed and understood by both parties that Johnson will submit an application to the Zoning Board of Appeals in No. Andover to split the lot known as 573 Salem Road, No. Andover into two (2) lots. Each proposed lot lacks the required frontage and width. In exchange for the support of the Johnson petition by Kathleen Reardon and assuming the variance is granted, William P. Johnson agrees to remove all of the existing brush, trees and stumps on the westerly side of 575 Salem Street and then to grade, loam and ;seed the area. Johnson also agrees to provide a mature, natural screening on the westerly lot line one foot off the property line of 575 Salem Street be_&nffing in the back comer on the Nv_esterly side to the front corner of the house. The type of screening will be a type of evergreen agreed upon by both parties. All costs associated with the above-mentioned P. Johnson. William P.
