We are prepared to provide -you -with the following services:
I. We shall conduct research at the North Andover Board of Health office and coordinate
with the I- iealth-Department..
The fee for this service is $175.00
2. We shall prepare a deed restriction for your property limiting the number of bedrooms to
a total of 4.
The fee for -this service is $250.00
3. We shall prepare a letter to the North Andover Board of Health explaining your hardship
and existing site constraints. This letter shall be submitted to the Board along with the
deed restriction.
The fee for this service is $175.00
4. Our office shall attend a public hearing with the North Andover Board of Health if
applicable. (This task is not included in the total. If you decide to have us present
during the public hearing the fee shall be shown as an extra on your invoice).
The fee for this service is $200.00
Note: Any meeting or site visit time over 2 hours will be charged at a rate of $125/hour.
Our fee does not include the filing fees, cost of the legal ad to be published in the local
newspaper or the cost of the postage to notify abutters; all which will be reflected on your
bill as an out of pocket expense.
The total fee for the services listed, Tasks 1-3 only, amounts to $600. It is our office policy to
accept a 50% retainer (which is $300) prior to the commencement of our services. You will be.
billed monthly for work in progress; a portion of your retainer will be applied to each bill. 'If'
Task 4 if required we shall bill you for that service.
Please note all invoices due 30 days from receipt. All overdue invoices will be subject to interest
at the rate of 12% per year. Please 'reference invoice number for proper credit to your account.
