KodeR 7 7 7 Variety Mace
The OLIVER 777 slicer handles
virtually all varieties of bread cleanly
and quickly, on order, to meet the
needs of retail bakery customers.
Compact and sturdy, the OLIVER
Model 777 slicer is easy to use and
offers extra safety in operation.
For instance, an operator must use
both hands to start the slicer; it
can't be started accidentally. An
automatic feature holds the bread
in place during slicing.
Each blade is mounted independ-
ently under balanced tension, and
the reciprocating action slices soft,
tender bread or hard -crusted rye
with ease and efficiency.
OLIVER slicers generally require
nothing more than daily cleaning,
periodic lubrication and occasional
blade replacement to provide years
of effective, trouble-free operation.
For greater speed and ease of
operation, the OLIVER bagging
scoop is an inexpensive option.

OLIVER Model 777 Variety Slicer
Description
Although this slicer is designed to
be a space saver, it cuts no corners
on strength or quality. It does an
excellent job where floor space or
counter space is limited or at a
premium.
Construction
The Model 777 Variety Slicer offers
completely rigid, all -steel welded
construction. Enameled surfaces
are "bonderized" to bind the coating
tightly and to resist rust and
corrosion.
Connecting links attached to the
top of the blade frames have a
damping effect that minimize vi-
brations.
Each slicing blade is independently
mounted under balanced tension,
and blades can be replaced quickly
and easily without the necessity of
a service call.
Grease -packed ball bearings con-
tribute to smooth, quiet operation.
