The following members were present and voting: William J. Sullivan, Walter Soule, Raymond Vivenzio, John Pallone and Scott Karpinski. The hearing was advertised in the North Andover Citizen on October 19 and 26, 1994 and all abutters were notified by regular mail . Upon a Motion by Mr. Vivenzio and seconded by Mr. Pallone, the Board voted unanimously to GRANT the VARIANCE of 8 . 31 feet from the frontage requirements of Section 7 , Paragraph 7 .2 and Table 2 as requested at Lot 4 Nadine Lane. Cuurently this site is an abandoned warehouse out of which are operating, . auto repair shops. The proposed use will be retail shops in a modern,aesthetically plea5ing,�o structure, fully landscaped and will increase property values in the area.
