The principal points upon which I base my application are as follows: (must be stated in detail) In order to build a house on this lot, activity within 100' of the tributary is necessary. The site has been designed to minimize the impact to the lake, by keeping the house and driveway as far as possible away from this tributary. The septic system is more than 100' away from the tributary. I agree to pay for advertising in newspaper and notices to "Parties in interest".
