I have sent'two letter's to your -building inspector on a big problem
on Rus�ell St. N. Andover.-
The
ndover:The person involved is Mrs.David Balzuis 46 Lincoln St. in town, she
is the owner of a two stall garage- on Russell ST.'( behind her house )
Her so4 has -built a walk in storage unit to store FISH, and also has
a freezer unit in there he runs a electrical cord from his mother house
to the garage for power which is dangerous.
On the 18th of June (Thursday ) he unloaded a large pallet of fish.
This situation in not fair to the home owners on Russell st or the
people In town.Her son don't even live in town..
Who ever grave a permit for this should be punished (fired ),
We looked into this -and found out that this area is not zoned for any
type of business or commerical.
this MATTER HAS"70 BE RESOLVED IMMEDIATE, OR THE NEXT MOVE IS TO TAKE,. THE TOWN
TO COURT FOR LETTING THIS"HAPPENED.
The ,yard looks and smells terrlble,im sure you would'nt want this -on
your sheet.
Somebody is not doing; there job in giving permits, other's that have
been caught had to remove what they built.
Maybe the law in town is only for certain DeO.Ple or maybe (PAYOLA. )
All the t he has built has to be removed out of -the gara.nP . (wi. thin 10 days)
or we ee you in court and the newspaper will get a copy of this letter.
