A. JOB PROGRESS 1. Sidewalks are complete. 2. Light poles are installed. 3. River stones have been placed. 4. Cleaning of the building interior has begun. 5. Plumbing Inspector is scheduled for tomorrow morning. B. OLD BUSINESS 1. Carpet installation (3/24/15): All in attendance met with Brian Bishop from Milliken Carpet and Jeffrey Paglione from Capital Carpet and Flooring. R. Santilli walked them through the offices and meeting room areas where the distance between the seams varies and is not consistent. B. Bishop explained the manufacturing process and how pattern and color contributes to seams showing. It was agreed by all that Capital would try using a tool that brushes the carpet fibers of separate tiles together and then H. Cocker, R. Santilli, and J. Mealy will come back to look at the results. B. Bishop stated that using this tool would create a mark around all of the seams where it was used until vacuuming and normal wear quieted it down. 2. Room ID signs (4/7/15): H. Cocker stated she had chosen a color for the sign background but did not bring the color chip with her. She will email H. Sarkis with the color name. 3. Entrance canopy columns (4/21/15): J. Mealey stated he liked the look of the columns with the canopy now that they were painted. He and R. Santilli requested an escutcheon at the top of the column to cover the joint where the column goes through the soffit board. H. Sarkis had no objections to this. H. Cocker will look for something that can be Uainted to match and will send the information to H. Sarkis. C. NEW BUSINESS 1. Seeding: H. Sarkis asked if the seed mix submittal had been reviewed yet. H. Cocker stated it was sent to the landscape architect on Monday for review. She will forward the results to H. Sarkis when she receives them. H. Sarkis stated he would like to get the seeding done soon along with the remaining site items including landscaping, berms, and the final coat of asphalt. 2. Building turn over: R. Santilli stated that June 5 was the last day that the building could be turned over to the Town. He has scheduled the window shade and furniture installation for the week of June 8. H. Sarkis did not see a problem with that date. JOB MEETING NOTES: , NORTH ANDOVER SCHOOL ADMINISTRATION BUILDING PAGE 20F 2 , m 3. Punch list: H. Sarkis so he can let them in the building. D. FIELD OBSERVATIONS 1. Display case: H. Cocker pointed out to H. Sarkis that the interior of the display cabinet still needed to be sanded and polyurethaned. He will speak with the painter. Please report any oversights or discrepancies to the Architect.
