While we only received one response they seem anxious to capture as much work as possible so please check their pricing to see if it is competitive with your current vendors, if you use one. The bid analysis is below. Dennis Emergency Vehicle Maintenance bid deadline was Friday, October 22. One supplier, Greenwood Emergency Vehicles located in North Attleboro, MA, responded to the bid. Greenwood is offering pricing for the ten line items outlined in the bid and they included pricing for 6 tasks under Other Services. In addition, they will grant additional discounts to the MVPC when the following services (Chassis Service, Pumper Service, Engine & Cooling Systems, Pump & Water Tank Inspection/Maintenance and Transmission Services) are bundled with other items in the bid pricing sheet. They meet the Quality Requirements, as specified: • The bidder shall employ technicians who are qualified to perform the specific diagnostic check, maintenance or repair task, or performance tests specified in National Fire Protection Association Standard (NFPA) 1911, Standard for the Inspection, Maintenance, Testing, and Retirement of In -Service Automotive Fire Apparatus, current edition.
