The proposed work includes installation of a 10'x 10' (100 sq.ft.) shed on a crushed stone bed with timber retaining logs. Work will be conducted more than 50' from the delineated Bordering Vegetated Wetland (BVW'). The BVW was delineated by Wetlands and Land Management, Inc. on 9/28/2015. The shed will be installed within existing landscaped area and construction access will be over the existing driveway. During the October 7, 2015. public meeting,the NACC voted unanimously to approve this project. All work shall conform to the following: RECORD DOCUMENTS: Small Project Filing Including: Application Checklist Received September 24, 2015; Scope of Work e-mail submitted September 24, 2015,prepared by Jeff Rider of Flynn Property Service; Portion of site plan and a MIMAP Aerial Image plan with proposed shed location drawn in,prepared by Jeremy Rocheford, received September 24,2015 The following conditions are hereby mandated: CONDITIONS: 1. Shed shall be located more than 50' from the edge of the Bordering Vegetated.Wetland and shall be marred in the field and the Conservation Department shall be contacted to conduct a preconstruction site visit to review and confirm the proposed location of the shed. 3. Excess construction material shall be properly disposed of offsite and accepted construction standards and procedures shall be followed in the completion of the project. 4. Wetland markers shall be installed at the 25'No-Disturbance Zone, and can be placed on existing trees. Conservation Departtnent staff can assist with wetland marker placement locations if needed. Wetland markers are available at the Conservation office ( 2 round/ 3 square). 5. Upon completion of the approved project and site stabilization,please contact the Conservation Department for a final inspection. 6. This pea.-nTdt shall expire six months from the date of issuance. Also included is construction of a retaining wall using 6'"x6" pressure treated landscape timbers and delivery of the 3/4" crushed stone to be spread, leveled. and compacted:making the site shed ready.
