March 10, 2011 - 2:45 p.m.
• On the above date the North Andover Board of Assessors met in
Conference Room I at the North Andover Town Hall to consider any and all
business to come before the board. Present at the meeting were: David
Minicucci, Chairman, George R. Barker Jr., Board Member, Garrett Boles,
Chief Assessor., Samuel G. Cheney Jr., Assistant Assessor, and Toni K.
Wolfenden, Assessor's Clerk. Ernest Jones was not present at the meeting.
A quorum of board members being present, the motion to open the
general meeting was made by David Minicucci and seconded by George
Barker. Motion was unanimously approved. Having no other old business
to consider, a motion was made by David Minicucci and seconded by Mr.
Barker, by Roll Call Vote, "Yes" — Mr. Minicucci, "Yes" — Mr. Barker: move to
executive session to review, discuss and vote on submitted abatement
applications. Motion was unanimously approved. The meeting adjourned
behind closed doors in the above mentioned conference room.
The following applications for abatement were discussed by the North Andover
Board of Assessors. With the following dispositions granted, The Board of
Assessors voted and granted 2-0-0 abatements on the following:

A motion was made by Mr. Minicucci and seconded by Mr. Barker to adjourn the
executive session. Motion was approved unanimous.
With no further business to consider, a motion was made by M,r. Minicucci and
seconded by Mr. Barker to adjourn the meeting at 4:35 pm. Motion was
approved unanimous.
