February 2, 2014 — 2:35 p.m.
• On the above date the North Andover Board of Assessors gathered in
Conference Room 2 at the North Andover Town Hall to consider any and all
business to come before the Board. Present were: David Minicucci,
Chairman, Bryan Perry, Board Member, George R. Barker Jr., Board
Member, Garrett Boles, Chief Assessor, Samuel G. Cheney Jr., Assistant
Assessor, and Toni K. Wolfenden, Assessor"s Clerk. With all the board
members being present, the motion to open the general meeting was made
by George Barker and seconded by Bryan Perry. Motion was unanimous.
Having no other old business to consider, a motion was made by Minicucci
and seconded by Perry to move to executive session to review, discuss and
vote on submitted abatement applications. Motion wa,s unanimous. The
meeting adjourned behind closed doors in the above mentioned
conference room.
The following applications for abatement were discussed with the following
dispositions: The Board Members voted unanimously 3-0-0.

The next Board of Assessors meeting will be February 13, 2014 at 2:30 p.m.
A motion was made by Mr. Barker and seconded by Mr. Minicucci to adjourn the
executive session. Motion was approved unanimous.
With no further business to consider, a motion was made by Mr. Mini+cucci and
seconded by Mr. Perry to adjourn the meeting at 0:00 p.m. Motion was approved
unanimous.
