Summary of Proposed Tobacco Control Regulations for North Andover
1. Strong recommendation to hide tobacco products from the view of customers at
pharmacies (as ia currently the policy at the Rite Aid in North Andovah.
2. Ban the sale of blunt wraps, which are hollow tubes made of tobacco.
3. Caps the number of establishments holding tobacco sales permits, except that an
establishment that purchases G business from current permit holder can obtain a �
permit ao long as they apply iOa timely fashion.
