end voting: Yrank Serto, J~., Chairman; James D. Noble, Vice Chairman; Ralph R.
Jovce: Alfred E. Frfzelle, R, Louis DfFruscio.
PUBLIC HEARIN~S~
1. RALIEHG TAVERN LANE REALTY TRUST, 121 Raleish Tsvern Lane. M. Flvnn sppeared
as counsel. Simple problem: when the hou~e wssb, ilt at was not set back on lot:
13.5' fro~ the hsck lot llne. M. Flynn. The zoning requirement hag to be 30'
the back lot line. Surveyor needed to establish the lot llne due to woods Jn
miry to house. New owner, Fernald, required to have plot plan and need variance
fro~ 30' requirement. House was or~ginally situated furthe~ forward on lot but
builder ran into drainage problem (cellar continually filline w/water). F. Fernald
spoke inffsvor & reiterated what had been stated by Mr. Flynn.
Dick Beede spoke voicing concern if someone gets hurt out there.
Motion made bv Joyce to GRANT variance, Frizelle seconded and vote unanimous,
Charles Foster sue~eited that he stake the rear lot line as a condition of~pproval.
Board did not vote on this.
MISCELLANEOUS MATTERS:
Letter of remembrance from Jesuit Seminary Guild in memory o~ garrline Lyons.
~EREFORD PLAN: lot line delineated. Received & filed.
Letter of resignation from Walter Jamitkowski. Ralph Joyce stated regret that
Walter is taking thiz position.
Secretary to inform Hereford by letter that plans have to be in 30 days before
application in compliance with the new by-law,

Vice-Chairman: DfFruscio nominated Frizelle; 2nd by Joyce
