aerie outlined what Watson would have to do according the By-Law, Sec. 5,6. The
Building Xnapector will issue another permit for up to $,000 yrds; end foFvard
to the Board of Appeals for the approval in ~Titing. The limit should be in the
permit, i.e,, the limit should be in the permit; the excavation end seeding.
Potion by Frtselle ~o approve Hist, E-R Formic for the location described on
plan dated 11-2-76 ac 876 Forest St. for the removal of up to 5,000 cu.yds.
It ia · condition of the permit that it be subject to .the provisions of See.5.7
5.8 and a security deposit by way o~ a ceutinuons bond or a deposit of mousy.
The signature of the Chairman or the Vie~Chairman mey be sufficient to validate
the permit. Second by Friselle and unanimous vote.
