Hopefully this email will suffice as a written request to install the septic system "out of season". Our intent is to get it done before that becomes necessary, but we're dependent on Rob's schedule. I will bring in a check for the permit on Wednesday morning. I was wondering how your addition is going and if you are ready for the installation. The permit will be issued before the 15th as needed, but I spoke to Rob this morning and he wasn't sure about the timing. If there is a chance that Rob does not get it in the ground by the 30th. You have two options 1) wait until the spring (March 1St or depending later on weather) 2) ask for approval for out of season installation from the Board of Health.Also dependent on weather. We would need a written request to be placed on the November 20th BOH meeting for that purpose ten days prior...which happens to be today, 11/10. Feel free to send me an email of request and if it looks like it is going to get done, you do not have to appear. I am reaching out to any homeowners who are in similar situations, since our meeting is so early due to the Thanksgiving Holiday. Hope to hear from you.
