I do not have jurisdiction over these areas as they are more than 100`from the wetland resources. I would be happy to
visit the site with my colleagues from the health and planning departments to help find a solution. I do believe there are
issues and the pond will need to be functioning to receive a certificate of compliance from the Conservation Commission
as it is part of the larger stormwater management system. I do not believe that blue pipe is part of the proposal. I also do
not know the plan for the island at the end of the street but it will need to be stabilized prior to a certificate of compliance
as well.

Please see attached. I have marked up the plan to show how the house, driveway, pond and septic are actually

built. There iusignificant difference between the two. | have also attached acouple ofpictures ufthe current state of
the pond. It doesn't drain properly, it isn't located where these plans show that it should be. hiaright next kothe
neighbors house. | would imagine they are furious as well.

Also, I have serious concerns about the septic system, Over the winter it appeared to have sunk. | understand that you
cannot compact on top of the tank so there was some settling, but it seems excessive. | would guess 8to12inches. |
concerned that they didn't compact the ground that they laid the tank on. 8- i2inches ofmovement inalot for the
connection tomove inthe ground. |uthere operson who can verify the proper inspection was done? Was it
