Please accept this letter as certification that the as built grading on Lot 2 as shown on the plan
entitled "As Built Site Plan, Lot 2 Red Gate Lane, North Andover, Massachusetts' dated
September 13, 2012 by Waypoint Survey Services is in compliance with the intent of the
grading shown on the original design plan prepared by New England Engineering Services, Inc..
Existing site conditions including drainage swales and the direction of flow of stormwater runoff
were verified during a site walk by this engineer on September 18, 2012.
