Dear Mr. Simons:
My wife and I own 100 Great Pond Road,North Andover. We are direct abutters to the
premises referenced above. Unfortunately, we cannot be at the Planning Board meeting
scheduled for November 20, 2012 as we will be out of the State. We did however,have an
opportunity to both review the proposed subdivision plan and meet with Mr. Tom Zahoruiko. As
a result we would like the Planning Board to know that we support the Applicant's proposed
subdivision plan that calls for access to the new lot via a driveway as opposed to construction of
a street. We have lived in our present home for over 30 years and wish to preserve as many
mature trees as possible in the boundary area between the properties. The driveway plan appears
to do that and is therefore preferable to us.
