464 Appleton Street, North Andover
Definitive Planned Residential Development Subdivision Application
Dear Ms. Tymon:
Hancock has completed a review of the response to comments prepared by Christian and
Sergi, Inc. dated March 12, 2013 regarding the proposed Subdivision at 464 Appleton
Street. Revised Proof Plans dated 3-12-13 and revised Definitive Subdivision Plans dated
3-12-13 were reviewed in connection with the responses.
We believe the Applicant has addressed all of our previous concerns except the issue
related to the Appleton Street right-of-way and Lot 4 Access and Utility Easement. We
understand Town Counsel is reviewing that issue.
We do suggest that the Applicant have waiver note #7 revised to reflect the prior
commitment to include bounds at the front lot corners of the open space parcels.
