1. Once the appeal period has passed, please pick up your-attested true copy of the Zoning
Board's decision(s) at the Town Clerk's office located at 120 Main Street,
North Andover, MA 01845
2. Also Pick up your signed Mylar at the Town Clerk's office located at 120 Main Street,
North Andover, MA 01845
3. Please bring the Town Clerk's attested true copy of the decision(s)&the signed Mylar to the
North Essex Registry of Deeds, 354 Merrimack Street 311 floor entrance C, Lawrence, MA
01843 (phone:978-683-2745), as the decision and Mylar must be filed at the Registry of Deeds
as soon as possible.
4. Once items#1,#2 and#3 are complete please bring the following to the Zoning Department
which is located at, 120 Main Street, North Andover MA 01845:
a. Bring a copy of the recorded attested true decision(s)
b. Two(2) paper copies of the recorded Mylar plans
c. The registry of Deeds receipt
S. Failure to file the Attested True Decisions and the signed Mylar with the Registry of Deeds will
result in your inability to exercise your special permit and/or variance and your inability to
obtain a permit with the Building Department.
