NEGATIVE DETERMINATION OF APPLICABILITY
SPECIAL CONDITIONS
60 Deer Meadow Road, North Andover
At the July 12,2017 public hearing,the North Andover Conservation Commission (NACC)voted to issue a
Negative Determination of Applicability for installation of temporary construction access path (12'wide)within the
100-foot Buffer Zone to Bordering Vegetated Wetland(BVW).The purpose of the path is to access a low area to
the rear of the house for soil testing (outside 50'No-Build Zone) for a replacement septic system.The project will
conform to the following:

SPECIAL.CONDITIONS:
1. Prior to the start of work the applicant shall ensure that the site contractor has reviewed the Determination and
is aware of the wetland tesoutce area and the limits of the proposed work.
2. Erosion control, trenched siltation fence, shall be installed as shown on the herein referenced plan. Prior to
construction, the applicant will atrange a preconstruction meeting at the site with the contractor and the
Conservation Department to review the installed erosion controls and the construction schedule.
3. Changes to the proposal shall be reviewed with the Conservation Department.Less intensive means of access
shall also be allowed under this approval.
4. Upon completion of the approved project and site stabilization,please contact the Conservation Department
for a final inspection and authorization to remove erosion controls.
