Special Permit/Variance Applications for Two Family Conversion
Dear Mr. Koch and Members of the Board:
Please be advised that I was contacted this afternoon by Dawn Crescitelli,
owner of 197 High Street. Whereas my client,Jeffco Inc., had informed me that
they had a back up offer on the property, Dawn has informed me that she has
rejected their offer and that the applicant has and will be granted no further
rights to proceed in pursuit of permits or approvals for the property.
As such,the request for a continuance is hereby withdrawn,and so as not
to adversely affect the owner's rights with respect to any future filings,please
withdraw the matter without prejudice.

Special Permit/Variance Applications for Two Family Conversion
Dear Mr. Koch and Members of the Board:
On behalf of the Applicant,Jeffco, Inc., we respectfully request that the
above matter be continued by the Board until the next hearing scheduled for
June 12,2018.
Due to delays in the permitting process, and including as a result of the
unanticipated filing and meetings related to obtaining a waiver of demolition
delay from the North Andover Historical Commission, the Applicant's purchase
agreement lapsed and was not extended.The owner entered into an agreement .
with another party,but the Applicant has a back up offer in the event that the
new purchaser does not proceed, The Applicant would request that this matter
be continued, so as to avoid further expense and delay which would result from
a new filing (including without limitation legal fees and any duplicated expense
for application fees, publishing and notice) should the new purchaser withdraw
or fail to close,and in which case the Applicant would then need to re-submit a
new application if this matter were not continued.
In the alternative, if the Board were not inclined to grant a further
continuance in this matter, the Applicant would then request that the matter be
withdrawn without prejudice.
